Applicants should log on to the Shenzhen Examination Institute website (http://www.testcenter.gov.cn) within the above time period → click on the "Online Registration" column → select "2013 Computer Technology and Software Professional and Technical Qualification (Level) Exam (First Half/Second Half)" → Go to the "User Login" interface → Click "Exam Candidate Registration" → Fill in the name and ID number and click "Enter Registration" → Read "Registration Instructions", "Integrity Commitment" → Click "Next" and "Agree" to enter → Fill in the registration information (must be completed in simplified Chinese characters as required) → Click "Submit" and write down the registration number → Upload photos as required → Click "Online Payment" ” to make payment (the specific payment method should be operated according to the online prompt) → online payment → download and print the “2013 Computer Technology and Software Professional and Technical Qualification (Level) Examination Registration and Certificate Registration” on both sides (front and back) of A4 paper with the payment number. 一、报名
2013年度计算机技术与软件专业技术资格(水平)考试实行网上报名、网上交费，考后提交报名资料资格审核的方式。报考人员在网上完成整个报名流程，报名后直接参加笔试，考前无需前往现场确认。
报名之前，报考人员需认真阅读本通知及相关附件，仔细核对本人报考时是否符合2013年度计算机技术与软件专业技术资格(水平)考试报考条件（附件1）及要求,如不符合报考条件而报名并参加考试的，一切后果由报考人员自负。
报考人员须对提交的报考信息和相关材料的真实性、有效性负责，填报的信息或提交的材料不真实的，按有关规定进行处理。
从2013年起，考生须使用第二代居民身份证进行报考及参加考试。

报考人员在上述时间内登录深圳市考试院网站（http://www.testcenter.gov.cn）→点击“网上报名”栏目→选择“2013年度 计算机技术与软件专业技术资格（水平）考试（上半年/下半年）”→到“用户登录”界面→点击“应试人员报名”→填写姓名和身份证号后点击“进入报名”→阅 读“报名须知”、“诚信承诺书”→点击“下一步”及“同意”后进入→填写报名信息（必须按要求用简体字详细填写完成）→点击“提交”后记下报名序号→按要 求上传相片→点击“在线支付”进行付费（具体支付方式按网上提示进行操作）→网上支付→下载并用A4纸双面（正反面）打印有支付号的《2013年度计算机 技术与软件专业技术资格(水平)考试报名发证登记表》（简称《报名发证登记表》）即完成报名确认。报名结束后，系统不再支持信息修改及《报名发证登记表》 的打印。信息不真实者或未及时下载打印《报名发证登记表》的，一切后果由报考人员本人自负。同时，报考人员应及时备齐《报名发证登记表》及本通知附件2要 求的其他相关资料，一起交所在单位人事部门审核、盖章，审核、盖章后自行留存，待全部考试科目成绩合格后，按我院网站考后提交报名资料的通知要求到深圳市 考试院提交提交报名表、相片及准考证等相关资料。
（三）准考证的获取
