Realize the long connection communication between the server and the client through netty, and heartbeat detection.

Basic idea: The netty server saves all connected client SocketChannels through a Map, and the client's Id is used as the key of the Map. Every time the server wants to send a message to a client, it only needs to take out the corresponding SocketChannel according to the ClientId and write the message into it. Heartbeat detection sends Ping messages to the server regularly through the IdleEvent event to detect whether the SocketChannel is terminated.

        Environment JDK1.8 and netty5
