There is no humble job, only a humble work attitude

No matter what kind of job you're doing, if you want to be successful, don't take your job lightly. There is no humble job, only a humble work attitude. And work attitude is entirely up to us. Everything we do represents our ability and image, and its success or failure, beauty or ugliness, will affect people's perception of you. For a successful person, work is the mission. There is no distinction between high and low work. The most humble job in your opinion is also serving people. It exists because people need it.

Shakespeare said: "The lowly work is endured with arduous spirit, and the lowest things often lead to the highest ends."
Repairing shoes, shining shoes and picking up litter seem to be very humble jobs, but they have achieved their goals through hard work. Not only did they get themselves out of trouble, they helped others. They should be role models for all who are really doing the most "low" jobs. The attitude towards work reflects people's mentality to some extent. Remember this sentence: work has no dignity, attitude is the most important.
Being humble at work does not mean that you are inferior. You have a down-to-earth and conscientious work attitude, and you can also achieve enviable results by working hard on your own. Start with humble things and do things that others don't want to do. This is not to show your humility, but to prove your greatness.
Good jobs and good jobs are sought after by everyone, and humble and trivial jobs are avoided. If you are currently engaged in a recognized humble job, and you have no ability to change it in a short period of time, then the correct way is to change your mentality, and go with a mentality of turning the rotten into the miraculous and the humble into the noble. Doing it will be countless times stronger than doing it with a humble attitude. Because, for others and oneself, the former state of mind will lead to a good result and will arouse the respect of others, but the latter will not.
As an employee, don't naively think that your contempt for your work will be hidden from your boss's gaze. Bosses may not know the ins and outs of every job, but a smart and shrewd boss knows what the results are when you take your job lightly, and wisely sets your future based on how serious you are. What is certain is that the boss's praise and appreciation will never fall on the employees who hold their jobs and shrug their shoulders.
There is no distinction between high and low work itself, but there are differences in attitudes towards work. From the boss's point of view, to evaluate whether an employee can do a good job, it is enough to see his attitude towards work. A person's attitude towards work is a manifestation of his attitude towards life. The career of his life is the expression of his ambition and the ideal. So, to understand your work attitude, to a certain extent, is to understand who you are.
