2016.10.19 Wednesday morning note

“Start with the end in mind, do the right thing and do the right thing.”

As a manager, do you choose to do the right thing, or do the right thing? In fact, this problem is not difficult. It depends on whether you position yourself as a manager or a leader. As a manager, what you focus on is that the following students can do things correctly, complete tasks, perform their own management tasks, and give an explanation to the above. As a leader, I focus on being able to do things correctly with my classmates. Don't be busy every day, and finally find that the ladder to success is on the wrong wall. Modern companies are more inclined to have a leader. I don't know if I have recorded this. However, if you position yourself as a combination of leader and manager, it's fine, but it depends on your time ratio. Allocate your own affairs to things that are important and not urgent, and delegate power to other things appropriately, so that you can gain more.

In short, one who pays attention to the present and one who leads the future should be hard on both hands. Your classmates can not only achieve a sense of achievement with your classmates in the current affairs, but also are full of expectations and desires for the future.

Starting with the end in mind, we are required to lead and control the goals of the team and our own dreams, do not go in the wrong direction, go towards the correct goal, and implement the staged goals, so that we can get closer and closer to success.

       Self-entertainment, morning notes.
