ubuntu 16.04 ATI Radeon radeon VCE init error (-22)

I have been using ubuntu system. After the upgrade last week and the installation of VNCserver, the system cannot be started.
radeon VCE init error (-22)

ctrl+alt+F1 can enter the
command line. Various tossing in the command line, upgrading, installing the graphics card driver separately, installing the GNOME desktop, uninstalling VNC, and uninstalling GNOME still cannot be resolved.

In order to connect to the Internet to upgrade the system in the command line, change the wifi in the
command line to operate wifi in the command line
show network connections
nmcli c show

Disable network connection
nmcli c down Hotspot

delete network connection
nmcli c delete Hotspot

Change IP in command line
ifconfig enp0s25 192.168.0.10 netmask 255.255.255.0

route add default gw 192.168.0.1

In the end, there is still no solution. There is only one solution left. Reinstall the system.
Fortunately my files are all in the home directory. At the same time, the system has installed the vsftpd component
. All the files in the home directory are packaged and sent to the other machine through ftp. On the computer,
you can safely reinstall the grid
