【problem analysis】

     It is because eclipse imported the svn plugin site-1.8.22

【solution】

     Enter the window->preferences->team->svn of eclipse and change the svn client interface from JavaHL(JNI) Not Available to SVNKit(Pure Java) SVNKit v1.3.5.7406.
