What should I do if shadowsocksx does not support the terminal | How to turn off SIP

I have seen many articles on the Internet that other http proxy tools such as proxychains or proxifier can be used to allow terminal commands to bypass GFW. I tried proxychains but found that it didn't work. Some people said that the new version of mac os needs to turn off SIP, after I turned it off found to be inseparable.
It is a little difficult to enter the recovery mode to close SIP. Here is an introduction:
It is not possible to restart the computer directly by pressing Command+R. When pressing the power button, you need to keep pressing the option key, then the boot option will appear, then select the recovery disk in the middle, After the selection, the system will ask you whether you want to completely restore the system or use Disk Utility, which is probably what it means. The interface here seems to have the Disk Utility menu, click the terminal in the menu, the terminal window will pop up, enter csrutil disable to close the SIP, and then restart it.
Having said that, turning off SIP is not a good idea, and it didn't work for me here.
I finally got my terminal immune to GFW net-tethered syndrome through shadowsocksx's close relative, ShadowsocksX-NG. Thanks and tribute to Qiu Yuzhou, the author of ShadowsocksX-NG.
