What should I do if TeamViewer does not receive emails?

First open your TeamViewer software and log in with your account on a computer. If you don't have an account, you can register one yourself. The operation method is very simple. Please refer to: TeamViewer account registration tutorial .

Then log in to this account on another computer, and a prompt box will pop up, as shown in the following figure. It means that it is impossible to detect whether your account has been logged in on this computer, so you need to send an email to your account email to verify it.

At this time, we need to go to the mailbox to check the mail, but many friends will find that the mail has not been received in the mailbox. What should I do?

Methods as below:

1. Go to the trash can in the mailbox to find, sometimes the mail will be automatically blocked and put in the trash.

2. Change an email address. Some email addresses cannot receive such emails, so you can change your own account email.

3. Another reason is the server problem of TeamViewer . In this case, it is recommended to wait for one to two days.

After finding the email in the mailbox, follow the instructions in the email, as shown in the figure. Click the "Add to trusted devices" link.

Then in the pop-up webpage, click the Add Device button. This way we can easily log into the TeamViewer account on the second computer.
