VUE-Environmental Construction

My machine is already configured with node.js

① New folder on E drive: vue

So cmd goes to E:\ALINUX\vue

write npm install -g vue -cli

②vue init webpack

③ Then build a project on webstorm to this folder

④ Open the webstorm console or terminal to run, npm run dev
