Today I was working on Odoo, and I created an A/C set name with Chinese characters in my head. Then something went wrong, and all A/C sets could not be used. The error message is as follows:

I tried to use the psql tool to delete the database in question, but the database with Chinese characters could not be deleted (it was reported that the database could not be found), and finally I deleted it through Navicat, and confirmed the deletion with psql:
But Odoo still has an error, it is estimated that there is a cache on the server. Enter the data directory of Odoo, see a bunch of session files in the session directory, remove these files, and then start odoo, the problem is solved.
