【Introduction to ECharts】

ECharts (Enterprise Charts business product chart library)

Provides common charts for commercial products. The bottom layer is based on ZRender (a new lightweight canvas class library), which creates basic components such as coordinate systems, legends, prompts, toolboxes, etc., and builds line charts, histograms, and scatter points on this. Charts, candlestick charts, pie charts, radar charts, maps, chord charts, force-directed layout charts, dashboards, and funnel charts, while supporting stacked and multi-chart mixed display of any dimension.

mash up

Mashable charts will be more expressive and interesting. The charts provided by ECharts (11 categories and 17 types in total) support any mashup:

Line chart (area chart), column chart (bar chart), scatter chart (bubble chart), K-line chart,

Pie charts (ring charts), radar charts, maps, chord charts, force-directed layout charts, dashboards, funnel charts.

A standard chart in the case of mashup: including a unique legend, toolbox, data area zoom, range walk module, a Cartesian coordinate system (can include one or more category axes, one or more value axes, up to four up, down, left and right)

ECharts, a pure Javascript charting library, can run smoothly on PC and mobile devices, compatible with most current browsers (IE8/9/10/11, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), and the bottom layer relies on lightweight The Canvas class library ZRender provides intuitive, vivid, interactive and highly customizable data visualization charts.

In ECharts 3, more rich interactive functions and more visualization effects have been added, and the mobile terminal has been deeply optimized.

Rich chart types

ECharts provides conventional line charts, column charts, scatter charts, pie charts, K-line charts, box charts for statistics, maps for geographic data visualization, heat maps, line graphs, and relational data visualization. Relationship diagrams, treemaps, parallel coordinates for multidimensional data visualization, and funnel diagrams for BI, dashboards, and support for mashups between diagrams.

Past project use cases

You can download the build file containing all the charts in the download interface. If you only need one or two charts, but the build file containing all the charts is too large, you can also customize the build after selecting the type of chart you want in the online build.

Past project use cases

Support for multiple coordinate systems

ECharts 3 began to independently develop the concept of "coordinate system", which supports the Cartesian coordinate system (catesian, the same as the grid), the polar coordinate system (polar), and the geographic coordinate system (geo). Charts can exist across coordinate systems. For example, graphs such as folds, columns, and scatter points can be placed on a rectangular coordinate system, a polar coordinate system, or even a geographic coordinate system.
