1 Log in to Alibaba Cloud and find the ECS module of the cloud server;
2 Cloud Server ECS -Network and Security - Security Group
Find the entry to configure the rules 
3 Add security group rules
Among them, authorization object : any public IP is allowed to access these ports, fill in 0.0.0.0/0
4 After configuration, as shown in the figure below, so that the browser can access ports 8000-9000
