Know and employ people

Recently, I hired 5 people for the company, but only one was left. Great impact on the project. Developers are unstable these days. I originally underestimated recruitment, but thought that the company had strong technology and funds to recruit people.

But the actual situation is:

1. Fresh graduates have no experience and cannot show the company's strength to them through the company's technical strength. This is where the company's image comes into play.
2. Those with certain experience can make rational choices.
3. Fresh graduate students with weak work ability and many choices (for example: overseas Ph.D.). Whether it is stable or not depends on the person and has to be observed carefully.
Because of the positioning of postgraduate students, most of them have to go to large units. In a small unit where you don't make a name for yourself and don't make money, you are not at ease.

Therefore, recruiting people is not based on: honesty, and technical strength, it will do.

Today's practitioners have a lot of ulterior motives. Practitioners often use the company as a springboard. If the right person cannot be selected when recruiting, it will inevitably bring a lot of losses to the company.
