tomcat log printing garbled problem

The application is deployed on linux, but the logs under tomcat are always garbled, which is fine on another linux machine. In the end, colleagues in the operation and maintenance team found that the encoding in server.xml was not configured, and ansi was used by default, which was changed to utf-8, the log garbled disappears (it has nothing to do with linux's own encoding).
