idea log output garbled problem with tomcat, console

server / Tomcat Catalina Log / Tomcat Localhost Log output garbage problem

After a total of four positions changed solve

1. File -> Setting -> File Encoding

2. Change IDEA profile

   　　Open the file in idea64.exe.vmoptions IDEA bin directory is located, by appending a line -Dfile.encoding = UTF-8

3. IDEA  ->  Edit Configurations

   　　Tomcat VM options 填上 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

    

4. apache-tomcat-9.0.20 \ conf \ logging.properties file, modify the position shown in FIG UTF-8
