I don't want to be in management anymore

In December 2010, he entered the IT session. Just started to do network management, implementation.

In November 2012, he began to serve as management.

In March 2014, he served as the head of the technical department, and then the project leader.

In December 2015, attempted improper management.

In June 2016, he was no longer in management.

Reasons for not wanting to be management:

1. Too responsible.

2. Will not shirk responsibility or make excuses

When things go wrong, never push the problem to others and subordinates. I don't want some people. If something goes wrong, find a scapegoat directly from your subordinates.

     Speak directly to the team.

Lack of front end, every time I see it, I say it. Always. But no use of that as an excuse.

3. Timed quantification

It is basically done on time and quantitatively.

4. Qualitative

Whether there is not enough manpower or not enough time. All finished in high quality. Not once is nearly enough

5. Lack of resources and time

Without a technical department with technical precipitation, many details need to be dealt with. What my subordinates do is not what I want. There is no quality. Still pit yourself. Most of them can't do it either.

     No manpower.

Fight fires everywhere.

Caused to work overtime every day, very tired, very tired.

It is those aspects that cause these problems.

People, technology, management, leadership.
