    Wang Shunqiang: Leaders, experts, friends, good morning! I am very honored that the organizing committee has given me such an opportunity to share the exploration and practice of digital transformation on behalf of CRRC. The arrangement of the organizing committee is very coincidental. The first two are Huawei, which is connected to the world by communication, and CRRC is connected to the world by means of high-speed rail and other means of transportation, and the two representatives of the two are connected to the world. In the first half of the year, People's Daily conducted a survey and said that China's high-speed rail, online shopping, shared bicycles, and Alipay have become China's four new inventions. The two have a common relationship, high-speed rail and bicycles. These four are closely related to digital transformation. Without digitalization, it is difficult to become China's new four great inventions.
    The following is a brief introduction to the basic situation of CRRC and the development of high-speed rail equipment, including CRRC's exploration practice and future thinking, to share with the experts and leaders!
    CRRC should be a young company as well as an old company. CRRC was just restructured from CNR in 2015. Talking about the history of CNR, China has 51 subsidiaries, 180,000 employees, and more than 5,000 foreign employees. With a revenue of 230 billion yuan and a profit of 16.9 billion yuan, it ranked 318th in the Fortune Global 500 in 2017.
    According to the statistics of German SCI, in the field of rail transit equipment, in 2015 and 2016, the scale of CRRC has already surpassed that of Siemens and other transportation business sectors combined, and it is not comparable to CRRC, which has a medium-sized parking space. Ranked first in the world. CRRC has achieved rapid development in new industrial sectors, such as polymer composite materials, etc.
    At present, 24 types of high-speed trains in China have been put into operation, with a total of 2,782 trains. As of the first half of 2017, high-speed trains exceeded 60% of the global total. At present, with the launch of Fosun on June 26, 2017, the operation of 350km in September is the highest. After more than ten years of exploration and self-improvement, CRRC has entered a stage of comprehensive and continuous innovation, and the relevant products and services of rail transit have mastered key technologies, reaching the world's advanced level.
    Overseas orders also follow the national One Belt One Road strategy. CRRC products and services cover 102 countries, and 80% of the world's railway countries are using our products and services. A high-speed train is a complex equipment integrating mechatronics and software. A high-speed tunnel group consists of more than 1.6 million components and more than 180 independent systems, which is a typical complex equipment.
    The characteristics are that it is customized according to the order, the continuation period is long, the number of parts is large, the technological process is complex, the manufacturing cycle is long, and the service cycle must be guaranteed for 30 years.
    In the practice of CRRC's digital transformation, after the state released the 2025 plan, we have an action plan for CRRC Manufacturing China 2025, with five concepts: innovation, quality, green, openness and collaboration. One center: enhancing efficiency and industrial upgrading. A main line to accelerate the deep integration of new generation information technology and industrial development. Five major paths: standardization, lean, digitization, and networking.
    In the next 14th Five-Year Plan period, we hope that the fusion index between China and China will reach over 90, intelligent manufacturing will reach a new level, and an intelligent CRRC will be initially built. Around the previous goals, ten tasks and ten construction projects were set. Mainly around the development of intelligent products, innovation system construction project, industrial strong foundation implementation project, high-end equipment innovation project, Jingyi enterprise improvement project, digital CRRC construction project, intelligent manufacturing demonstration project, quality brand promotion project, green manufacturing promotion project, Transnational operation implementation project, new business type cultivation project.
    The digital factory of high-speed rail mainly has four aspects: digital and design and policy, digital operation management, digital manufacturing, and digital service. It is mainly to carry out all-digital applications in the process of product development. In the production process, it is fully transparent, and the three goals of efficiency, quality and cost are pursued to promote the digitization of the entire production. This includes building a digital service system through the advancement of digitalization. Another piece is the Internet of Things that we are talking about now. How to promote the digitization of manufacturing resources, around equipment and process equipment, including some related logistics, testing, and related services, the entire promotion of the digitization of manufacturing resources, and the realization of enterprise resource interconnection to achieve deep integration under the premise application.
    The digital factory architecture, which the experts here are very familiar with, will not go into detail. It mainly focuses on the digitization of on-site resources, and the entire manufacturing integrated system with this as the core is deeply integrated. Through traditional informatization, PDM, ERP, MRO, OMS and subsequent management big data analysis and product big data analysis, the design of the entire digital factory is realized.
    Digital operation management, I don't want to talk more about technology here, and process improvement and lean management are all things to talk about. Today, CRRC hopes to build an excellent operation system through digitalization. Now we are doing the integration of informatization and industrialization. To be practical, we may need to integrate with these systems to become an excellent sports management system. It is possible to realize the digital operation management of enterprises through continuous improvement of the process. This is our goal.
    For digital design and simulation, we propose no-picture manufacturing, full 3D application, realize no-picture manufacturing, and realize changes. This is an exploration of production without a map in the digital manufacturing process.
    For simulation and experimental verification, it is hoped that the simulation and experiment can be relatively optimized through the digital platform, so that after a full 3D simulation analysis is performed before the entire business is carried out, the physical verification cost of the entire product launch cycle and the virtual verification of the corresponding products can be increased.
    This is a typical digital manufacturing, and there is an intelligent manufacturing project for high-speed bogies in Sifang (sound). It is the core components around the high-speed bogie, such as wheel sets, wheels, axles, and frames. How to realize the automatic production of flowing water, as a high-speed rail, it is impossible to achieve fully automated production of flowing water, one is the scale. Only the trinity of intelligence, informatization and automation can promote intelligent manufacturing.
    Car companies used to rely on manual grooving, grinding, and wire drawing. Now they use machines to lead people to solve the problems of employees' working environment and labor intensity, including occupational disease protection.
    This is a digital service system. If an enterprise wants to truly realize digitalization, it must be based on informatization. Only after the cycle data of product rights declaration reaches a certain level will it provide digital services, such as making high-speed rail accessories through ERP, PDM, MRO, and MES. Integrated management, user-delivered first test management. Provide the entire support system for on-site and remote future data value-added services, and of course, in the future, it will integrate with the manufacturing data of some equipment to achieve high-speed rail life cycle growth and services.
    This is the big data health management system of the high-speed railway. Through the data analysis model of health management, we have already started to make some state predictions on some parts. There may be a problem with the bearing of the fourth shaft. It is found that there is a problem through the inspection of the on-site service personnel. After repairing in advance, the driving safety of the high-speed rail is avoided, and it provides a very good means for the safe operation and reliability of the entire high-speed rail.
    This is the health diagnosis and monitoring system of the high-speed railway. By collecting the corresponding data of the 2400 sensors of the high-speed railway, we will monitor the train operation data, safety data and alarm data in real time. Through the background expert system, we will support the safe and reliable maintenance services ahead, including the train Drivers and other services on board.
    Finally, we must consider industrial network security. How should industrial networks and traditional networks be considered? This is the standard system. After the establishment of CRRC, in 2015, about 15 projects were selected for the pilot project of the new intelligent model of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Among them, two projects were specially designed for standard research on high-speed rail digital factories, and 13 projects were also continuously summarized in the practice process. Standard specifications, and establish a standard system for intelligent manufacturing with industry characteristics. This is the focus of the next step, and many things are difficult to continue without standards.
    Let’s talk about the future thinking later. In the 13th Five-Year Plan, we hope that in the digital CRRC, according to the digital operation, R&D, manufacturing, management and service just mentioned, we will manufacture 30 intelligent demonstration lines in the process of digital transformation. , are set according to the corresponding indicators of the country's Made in China 2025.
    At the same time, in the process of consideration, we are also considering the drive of the new intelligent equipment industry. Our high-speed rail is independently developed and innovated. We also hope to drive the development of the entire intelligent equipment in the whole process of intelligent manufacturing improvement. For example, Shandong company has a set of intelligent equipment system that has been applied to many fields of high-speed rail. Including a company that has developed a set of enterprise intelligent logistics system, which has already done some small parts distribution through trolleys. Including what we just mentioned, we have made a lot of complex grinding robots for wind power and applied them to high-speed rail bodies. Through this industry linkage, we are building an intelligent equipment industry for CRRC.
    Just now, President Li of Huawei also said that we need to build an ecosystem and build a future-oriented ecosystem for the intelligent era. CRRC has also started to build an industrial cloud platform for CRRC. We have named it CIRIX, C stands for CRRC, and I It is industry, R is railway and rail transit, I is intelligence, and X is interconnection. CRRC's CIRIX hopes to support CRRC's transformation, including CRRC's research and development, products, including e-commerce, and communication, to achieve internal resource coordination through cloudification, and to support future ecological expansion.
    For example, we are doing car purchases on an industrial e-commerce platform to achieve internal centralized procurement and business collaboration between upstream and downstream. We also hope to provide passengers with corresponding entertainment services and social services on the platform. Currently, high-speed rail WIFI has been provided on the Fuxing EMU. , and other services may be promoted in the future.
    In the future, we hope to build an intelligent rail transit ecosystem, and we hope to build the Internet of Vehicles through the interconnection of the entire rail transit vehicles, and to provide Internet of people services through the passengers on the traffic. We also hope that all other things related to our equipment will be interconnected to ensure the reliability of rail transit safety. At the same time, we will provide end-to-end transportation services for all passengers on the vehicle and even logistics. We hope to realize the services of smart cities and smart societies through the Internet of Everything!
