Reflections from 10+ years of work

Now, I have been in the IT industry for more than 10 years.
From traditional industry software to Internet software,
from Internet to mobile Internet;
from mobile Internet to big data, cloud computing; and
now we have to learn AI.
Haven't stopped for a moment, do you really want to live to old age and learn old age?
I love technology very much, although my colleagues from the post-70s, to the post-80s,
from -80s to the post-90s, and
from the post-90s to the post-95s, in
a few years, my little niece from the post-00s came to be my colleague.
In a few years, my child, after 10, will be a colleague, or even your leader.
Technology is like that. Colleagues around me have been getting younger and younger.
Are we going to continue doing technology? Or do management? Or start a business? Or a newline?
In fact, many people choose to do management and spend their time in a company.
The management of software companies is very flat, or technology has the final say, management is too virtual.
Doing technology is also a lot of fun, writing a code quietly, no need to hold meetings every day, meetings are really annoying, I get nothing, and the PK of various departments is a waste of life.
What about starting a business? It’s really tiring, I have to have good ideas and financing, and the water is very deep. It’s okay to
change jobs, go back to farming, raise pigs, contract a large area, and take the low-end route. Maybe make a lot of money.
In short, there are n paths in front of you, depending on what you think, how do you choose?
I don't know what you think, you can leave a message, I am also confused.
