Enable jira to support statistics of reopen rate

Jira itself cannot count the reopening rate of bugs, although there are reopening nodes in the bug workflow, which can only be handled by third-party plugins.

Plugin name: Enhancer Plugin for JIRA, this plugin supports advanced operations such as custom fields, custom counters, etc.

Search for the plug-in in the plug-in management, install it, and complete the installation as shown in the figure below.

How to count the reopen rate? The steps are as follows:

System Management -> Enter Plugin Management -> Click on the left menu to open the following interface.

Open the counter adding interface and add a new counter, as shown below

Select JEP-Reopening counter and save it. If it is the default interface, after creating a bug, you can see this item on the details page of the bug. If it is a custom interface, you need to manually configure it to support it.

Open any bug details page, you can see this field item. As shown

Once the bug has undergone the "reopening" operation, as shown in the figure below, the value of the "Reopening Counter" in the above figure can become 1. If it is repeatedly reopened, its value will also change accordingly.

So far, all bugs that have undergone the reopening operation are similarly marked, and the number can be counted during bug screening, and the final overall statistical analysis.
