Lithium battery new standard national standard GB31241-15070262357

GB31241-2014 "Safety Requirements for Lithium-ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products" is mainly for mobile electronic products not exceeding 18kg that are scheduled to be frequently carried by users. The battery testing and certification standard is the first domestic mandatory standard on the safety of lithium-ion batteries, and is scheduled to be officially implemented from 2015.8.1.
At Jingdong requires mobile power sellers to use the GB31241-2014 standard for quality inspection reports.
Compared with GB/T 18287-2013 and other standards, GB31241-2014 pays more attention to the safety of lithium-ion batteries, except for external short-circuit, overcharge, over-discharge, low air pressure, temperature cycle, vibration, etc. required by GB/T18287 In addition to the test items, the requirements of foreign standards such as IEC62133, UL1642 and UL2054 were also signed, and extrusion tests, combustion injection, washing and flame retardant tests were added. Compared with the existing GB/T 18287 and even IEC62133:2012, the new national standard has stricter test requirements. The specific test items are as follows:

battery type test item, battery pack type test item, protection circuit type test,
battery capacity test, low pressure overvoltage charging protection,
normal temperature external short circuit temperature cycle overcurrent charging protection,
high temperature external short circuit vibration, undervoltage discharge protection
, overcharge acceleration shock overload protection
Forced discharge drop
short - circuit protection
Pressure Charge  Thermal Abuse Overload Short Circuit  Combustion Jet Reverse Charge
