10.2 External interrupt/event controller (EXTI)

The main features of the EXTI controller are as follows:

1. Independent flip-flops and masks on each interrupt/event line
2. Dedicated status bits for each interrupt line
3. Generates up to 20 software events/interrupt requests
4. External signal detection with pulse width less than APB2 clock period.
