Playing the physical version, there is no +4 challenge rule because there is no god to verify.

It is possible to call UNO, and this is semi-verifiable. If you don't call and you win the next time, it's a foul.

There is also a rule of 9. When a 9 is played, you need to stack your hands, and the last stack is a penalty card. This interesting interactive rule is not available in the electronic version.
