The core concept of PSI's crowdsourcing model is: the virtual company. Today I will talk about my idea of this program.
1. A virtual company is from the perspective of the entire community. PSI has been a commercial operation since the beginning, so I really like to think of the PSI community as a company.
2. Because PSI is doing commercial operations, it will also set up an entity company. If you use the analogy between the Linux kernel community and Red Hat, you can understand what I'm thinking.
3. Because it is based on the operation of a similar company, the benefits of those who participate in crowdsourcing are the same as those of the company's employees. There are the following three types:
3.1. "Wage": This has been said before, and it is currently a dead wage system: 100 yuan per hour.
3.2. "Product sales revenue share": It can be understood as the business division form under a product line of the company.
3.3. "Equity": The usual workload is recorded, converted into equity value, and sold at a price when the entity company is financing.
From the company analogy, it is: 3.1 - ordinary employees, 3.2 - company middle management, 3.3 - company executives
