Let me tell you about my plans and current implementation of how PSI will operate crowdsourcing.
How crowdsourcing works
Simply put: PSI operates crowdsourcing in the form of a virtual company.
1. Crowdsourcing candidates
First, Li Jingbo's personnel in PSI's QQ group will be screened (including self-recommendations), and after individual communication, it will be decided whether to join PSI's crowdsourcing R&D team.
2. Sources of funding for crowdsourcing
People participating in PSI crowdsourcing are not free to work, so crowdsourcing requires funding sources. The current source is: Income from PSI's custom projects.
If you wish to support PSI, you can do so by donating funds to PSI crowdsourcing.
3. What does crowdsourcing do?
The first task of crowdsourcing is to complete PSI's custom projects. When there is no custom project, complete the research and development of PSI's own products.
4. Income standards for crowdsourcers
Calculated at $100 per hour. Assessing how much time a job will take is actually quite difficult. This can only be implemented after mutual approval of the parties.
5. Time requirements for crowdsourcers
Invest 5 hours a week. This is equivalent to a monthly income of 2,000 yuan.
