Listen carefully to what others have to say.

Programmers are very stubborn people, and good PMs are good at listening to other people's opinions. In the technical field, it is difficult to say who is right and who is wrong when someone else proposes a technical solution. Don't come up and object easily. It is true that various components and frameworks will bring us similar fragmentation troubles, but listening to other people's solutions is indeed a very good way to learn.
