1. Story
The first time I saw Ale was last year, a 14-year-old junior high school student, Sunshine, who spoke a lot and was very polite.
One of my friends is the substitute teacher of this young man. My friend told me that the child's thinking is very strange, his parents are not good, and he may not be able to study for a long time.

Me: So do you believe in Buddhism? Is this your belief?
Ale: Yes, my grandma also believed in Buddhism, but she only believed in it later. I grew up with my grandma.
Me: I see why you don't eat the takeout while it's hot?
Ale: I usually don't eat hot food, just eat it cold.
Me: Winter too? Eating it cold is bad for the stomach, why do it?
Ale: Hot dishes and boiling water kill all living beings.
Ale: I don't plan to get married either. Getting married is too troublesome.
Me: You are still young, you are still too early to get married, and you will get married when you are old.
Ale: No, no, I definitely won't.
That conversation, I was stunned, it turned out that my friend's words made sense. It's not that I was surprised by Ale's belief in Buddhism, but the age of his body, but his thinking doesn't seem to be in line with this middle school student.
Two months later, the last time I saw Ale was on a weekend.
Me: How are your recent exam results?
Ale: Fortunately, this should be my last class.
Me: Huh? What are you going to do?
Ale: I will go to the temple when the winter vacation comes?

Ale: This has nothing to do with age. I became a monk in the temple for my parents, praying for them, atonement, eradication of sins, and let them live a better life.
Me: But you're still too young, wouldn't it be better if you were older?
Ale: It is better to become a monk as soon as possible. After having a family, it will be too restrictive.
Ale asked me for his mobile phone number, and told me that he would have the opportunity to tell me about his life in the temple in the future. At that moment, I was helpless and sympathetic, so I still blessed him.
2. Revelation
If I hadn't experienced it myself, I might not have understood the news about children being ordained on TV and the media. In my concept, this probability may mostly occur in some poor places.
Ale's family conditions are not bad. His father is a businessman. When he was very young, his parents had a bad relationship and were often separated.
Therefore, I guess that the condition of his parents has seriously affected Ale's growth. On the surface, Ale is very optimistic and cheerful all day, but in the eyes of his classmates at school, he is a weirdo who is out of tune with everyone.
The atmosphere of the original family, the traditional habits, the children's role in the family's role, the relationship between family members, etc., have an extremely significant impact on the child's character and way of thinking.
Now, more and more people worship various churches. I think there is nothing wrong with belief, and there is no right or wrong, but there must be a degree. The essence of faith is to teach us to be kind to others, to treat everything in life, to guide us on what to do and not to do, not to escape reality.
Every weekend, there is always a traffic jam in front of some cram schools or art schools. Chinese parents are very hard working, and they have spent their entire time trying to get a good education for their children since childhood.
However, they neglected the more important task, which is to teach children by example and deeds, so that children can develop a good attitude.
I have a lot of educational friends around me, and the truth they describe to me is that emotional intelligence often determines IQ as well.
3. Lenovo
Writing this, thinking of the word "Buddhism" that has been very popular in the past year, I think that every young person should have a little bit of the "Buddhist" spirit more or less. Of course, the Buddhist system is used as a shield for self-deprecation, which I despise.
From the second half of last year to the present, the media has reported several cases of suicide by jumping off buildings and rivers, some with high education and some with high income. Such people, on the contrary, need a bit of Buddhist spirit that does not seek to win or lose.
There is an old saying: do your best to obey the destiny. Might as well give "Buddha" a kind of open-minded mentality after hard work, I think it is better.
Contemporary young people are under a lot of pressure, and at the same time they encounter great temptations. Less complaining, more action, and cultivating a good attitude may also be a huge asset.
