The second assignment of the team, feasibility analysis

topic

  1. Please identify all stakeholders of this team project and post the findings to the team blog
  2. Ask all team members to determine the outline of the demand survey for the target users, and conduct demand research. You can take various methods that you think are feasible, and publish the research process and results on the team blog.
  3. Please identify and prioritize the features of the project
  4. Please complete the project feasibility analysis according to the provided "Feasibility Analysis Report Template", please publish the report in the "Graphite Document", the specific operation method is Baidu, and the document link is published in the blog. For the specific method, please refer to this document.

Stakeholders

stakeholder theory

Stakeholders are individuals or groups of organizations that have a certain interest in the customer, which may be internal to the customer (such as employees) or external to the customer (such as suppliers or pressure groups). In summary, any stakeholder in the external environment of the organization that is affected by the organization's decisions and actions.

stakeholder role

Stakeholders can influence an organization, and their opinions must be factored into decisions. It is impossible for all stakeholders to agree on all issues, and some groups are more influential than others. How to balance the interests of all parties becomes a key issue for strategy formulation.

Stakeholder Analysis

First, the stakeholders of the project mainly include team members, users, and competitors. The stakeholder analysis table is as follows:

Stakeholders right Benefit
high and low specific performance high and low specific performance
team member very high The main human capital of technological innovation and application higher The harvest of honors, awards, and the accumulation of development experience
user very high Provide opinions and suggestions on product requirements, which directly affect the functional components of the product very high Demands are met as far as possible and special rights are guaranteed
competitor higher Guiding the innovative development direction of the industry, the threat of competition lower Learning and reference in terms of technology, ideas, etc., to promote the continuous technological innovation of competitors

Analysis of survey results

Setting up research questions

Based on the functions of the existing diary-type APPs, we have designed the following research questions after comparative analysis:
1. Your gender
2. Your age
3. Do you record all the places you have been?
4. Will you make a travel plan for yourself?
5. Are you willing to share your travel experiences and insights?
6. Do you feel that your schedule is unreasonable?
7. What kind of information do you want to save on the Internet?

Analysis of survey results

1. The proportion of men and women who participated in the survey questionnaire
img
Conclusion: It can be seen that the proportion of men and women participating in the survey questionnaire is basically half, so the experience of our products should have little relationship with the gender of users.
2. Age distribution of the people who participated in the questionnaire
img
Conclusion: From the pie chart, it can be seen that most of the people are between 18 and 25 years old, so this APP should be very popular among young people.
3. Investigate whether people are willing to record the places they have traveled.
img
Conclusion: More than half of the people are willing to record the places they have visited, so there should be market demand in this area.
4. Investigate whether you usually make a travel plan for yourself
img
Conclusion: 70% of people will make a travel plan for themselves, so we can add the need for travel planning to product design, and the market reverse should be very optimistic.
5. People's record of their own achievements and insights in life
img
Conclusion: 82% of them are willing to record their travel experiences and insights. It seems that everyone is very willing to record their various insights and harvests in daily life.
6. Investigate the usual time arrangement
img
Conclusion: it seems that more than half of the people feel that their time arrangement is unreasonable, and it seems that a large number of people are confused about the reasonable arrangement of their time, then, we will use another method. To effectively supervise everyone to make reasonable time arrangements and the effective implementation of the plan.
7. Types of information that you usually store online
img
Conclusion : It can be seen that the information you store online is mainly text and pictures. There are relatively few users who use voice to store information, but from a personal point of view, I feel that the main reason for using voice to store less information is that such functions are rarely seen in many apps, or are not familiar to everyone.
final conclusion: There is no gender difference in the use of our APP, and the users are mainly young people aged 18 to 25 (this may also be limited by the research object); everyone likes to describe their travel experiences in the form of text and pictures , and record your feelings; many people think that their time arrangements are not reasonable enough, and there are many types of APPs on the market that arrange time reasonably, but they still do not satisfy users, so it can be seen that people are unreasonable about their time arrangements. The root cause is not planning, but action, then we will meet the needs of users from the perspective of "heart" to "action"; it can be seen from the survey report that more than half of the people are willing to record the places they have been. , and make travel plans for yourself. We present both missions entirely on the map.

Project features and priorities

functional block

After research and analysis according to the needs, we divided the product design mainly for the following modular functions: diary, schedule reminder, life clock, life trajectory.

  1. Diary: Upload pictures in your life, or your own insights, and back them up through the cloud to save space on your phone.
  2. Agenda reminder: add an agenda, and then remind you at the relevant time
  3. Life Clock: Record the survival time of each person from birth to the present, as well as the distance from the end time of life set by themselves. The calculation of the remaining time for eating, sleeping, entertainment, etc. in these times. Through these conspicuous figures, we are constantly introspecting and summarizing ourselves in our busy lives.
  4. Life track: record where we have been, the track of travel, etc., and the corresponding time, location, weather, etc. information will be added to the map as needed. At the same time, add a goal module to add the goals you want to achieve, and add plans to achieve them.

Project feature priority

According to the criteria of risk and value, the priority of project functions is divided:
Level 1: diary function. Since our APP is a diary-type APP, as the main function, it should be handled as soon as possible to eliminate significant risks; since the diary has a voice upload function, there should be more users to experience it, so it is expected that have higher value. Follow the high value, high risk principle, which should be treated as a priority.

Level 2: Schedule. A diary is for keeping track of what happened, while a reminder is for future events. Just in line with the diary function.

Level 3: Life Clock. Since there are many diary APPs on the market, the addition of new elements and new innovative diary APPs should be a highlight of the product; in addition, in terms of technology, there should be a lot of sharing of experience in the development of similar diary APPs, so there should be no There are too many challenges and technical risks. Therefore, following the principle of high value and low risk, it can be carried out later.

Fourth level: tourist map. Since some functions of this function have been applied in many places in the form of plug-ins, its value is not very prominent; and there are many previous experiences in technology, so there is no high risk in technology. Follow the principle of low risk and low value, and put it in the last development.
