ubuntu17.10 upgrade to ubuntu18.04 LTS

This upgrade encountered two problems, one is the problem of disk mounting, and the other is the problem of nvidia graphics card driver.

After the upgrade, it is found that the UUID of the disk has changed and needs to be re-mounted with the new UUID;

After the upgrade, the graphics card driver needs to be upgraded, such as mine: nvidia-384 upgrade to nvidia-390;
