The number of higher education institutions and the number of public universities in my country is distributed in a step-like manner. Among them, the number of coastal provinces is relatively large, while the number of public universities in the western region is relatively small. The analysis shows that there are more higher education institutions and public universities in the economically developed regions, more available resources, better development prospects, and larger population, which shows the distribution of my country's economic development level from the side.
