Knowing does not mean knowing and acting

Have we ever had such an experience, when we find that we understand what others are saying to us, and then we will feel that they have said a lot of nonsense. I thought to myself, do you still need to tell me this? But the simple truth, the well-known method, why the execution is bald. Either it is not implemented, or the implementation is not in place, anyway, there is always a discount. According to my analysis, this is likely to have something to do with a person's character, rather than the question of whether you know or not, and how much you know. This is a big problem. Personality is a very fixed thing, but knowledge is different. It can be more or less, and less can be learned. But can character be learned? Never heard of it!

As a simple example, take me as an example. I know that the plan is the basis for execution. If the execution is not in place, it will affect the normal execution of the plan. Delaying a day may delay a day, but do you think this day is a small thing? I used to think that one day was nothing, and I made up for it after working overtime. But you know that you can make up for a few days of overtime on this day, and you can make up for two hours of overtime a day in a week. It's still one person, what if it's two people? This is 2 person-days. If a person happens to not usually work overtime, it is even more uncertain that it will take a few days to make up for it. The more people involved, the greater the uncertainty. So, don't underestimate this day. From the perspective of personality, this is likely to be a lack of firmness, or a procrastination, or an irresponsible performance (when you find that the delay of this day is not caused by your personal reasons, then you may take responsibility for a Push it aside and sit back and relax, but in fact, you are the person in charge of the project, so you are still responsible for the project, no matter who caused the delay.

So, I conclude that there are certain actions and awareness that should be positive and productive, no matter the occasion, any time, including:

  • Responsible for performance
  • behave positively
  • Always be optimistic (not blindly optimistic)
  • don't take chances
  • Unbiased (regardless of whether your prejudice is actually right or wrong, because prejudice affects your performance, and being free from prejudice means you can do things justly as you want without emotional constraints )
  • be honest

The flip side of the above is what I call the traps that we all fall into easily. Therefore, we must always remind ourselves that once there are signs of falling into a trap, we must immediately remind ourselves to use another self to talk to the current self, and perhaps, you can get rid of these traps.
