After the data analysis training in Chengdu, I will share my experience of changing careers in data analysis

I participated in Chengdu data analysis training in September 2017, and systematically studied data analysis for four months. After 568 class hours, I am now a data analyst, working in a financial company in Chongqing, with an entry salary of 13W/year.

I graduated from Chongqing University with a bachelor's degree in 14 years. I studied landscape architecture. After graduation, I did garden design. However, drawing pictures next to the computer every day caused my cervical vertebrae to have problems.

Slowly with the development of big data, I have seen the emerging industry of data analysis. After various investigations, I think it is an industry worthy of changing careers! So I started to search the Internet for data analysis books, R language practice, Python, etc. Because I usually go to work and draw pictures, I don’t have enough time, so I want to leave to study the data analysis course.

After understanding in many ways and consulting with friends in Chengdu, I learned that Gamigu big data has a good reputation in the Chengdu industry. Through consultation and communication with Mr. Zhang, it was finally decided. At the end of August, he resigned and came to Chengdu to receive face-to-face learning of data analysis training.

At the beginning, it was almost not difficult to learn, but as time went on, the course became more difficult, and many conceptual things could not be understood. The good thing is that the teacher used the form of PPT diagram to help us understand quickly. In the evening, you also need to review what the teacher taught during the day, and the next morning you also need to preview the content to be taught the next day, otherwise it will not be easy to keep up with the progress.

Having said so much, if you want to transform into data analysis, you may still have questions. Is big data difficult to learn ? Don't think too much, as long as you work hard, you will definitely succeed. Many of our classmates are inter-professional transitions, and we all study very well. Maybe everyone works harder because of pressure, so don't worry about finding a job after studying , After all, this is a technical job. If you learn it well, you can definitely get it and you will have the opportunity to get internal recommendations from teachers.

Furthermore, through the data analysis training class in Chengdu, I met a group of friends who are engaged in data analysis, some friends who worked hard together during the same period, and a teacher named Gamigu who gave us meticulous care and help. In the process of learning, everyone encouraged each other, At the same time, you can also see the gap between you and others. It really seems like you have re-studied the university. When you are close to graduation, Mr. Zhang invites the old students who have learned well before, and tells us about employment skills and some things encountered at work.

The final content of the sharing is summarized as follows:

1. Do a good job of reviewing;

2. Do a good job of pre-rehearsal;

3. Work hard, work hard, and ask if you don't understand!
