The network cannot access the Internet but can be pinged

My colleague's computer can't access the Internet. After inspection, the network cable and network problems can be ruled out. The default gateway and web page address can be pinged. Searching from the Internet says that it is an LSP problem.

Finally, I don't know how to fiddle, and the problem is solved.

Operating procedures:

1. Reinstall the protocol, in the network share link properties->installation->protocol->C:/Windows/inf->TCP/IP protocol;

2. Delete the winsock and winsock2 registry, back up first before deleting, and restart the computer;

3. Reset DNS, ipconfig /flushdns;

In this way, the computer can access the Internet.
