problem analysis:

It's because the network that the Windows 10 computer can access has not been successfully shared with the hotspot network.

 

 

solve:

1. Turn on wifi on PC and connect to router network

2. Open the hotspot on PC

3. Open "Change Configuration Options" (you can find it in the network settings of the control panel or right-click on the hotspot and go to the device), right-click on the network corresponding to the pc wifi, properties, share, and select the network corresponding to the hotspot name.

 

4. Close the hotspot and reopen it, and the problem is successfully repaired.
