A: This week we learned a new course: table creation and management. This is the most important part of Access, and we need to study it seriously!

           Fields are the most important information of a table, and data types are attributes of fields or variables in a table.

                                               3.1 Creation of the table

(1) Text type: text, no numbers; (2) Memo type: storage long text type, etc. (3) Numeric type (4) Date/time type (5) Currency type (6) Automatic numbering type (7) yes/no
