I have searched a lot of matplotlib installation methods on the Internet (do not believe, you can try.)
All I can say is that it's useless except for being too cumbersome!
If you are python3.6.5 version,
I will give you the most correct suggestion :
open cmd directly, find pip and use the command pip install matplotlib
pip to help you solve all problems, if you don’t believe me, you can try it! (You can install numpy for you...)

After reading a lot of cumbersome or useless things and doing it for hours, I feel really bad!
By the way, if you accidentally cut off the power during installation or your mother unplugged your network cable and asked you to go on a blind date, remember to use pip uninstall matplotlib and then pip install matplotlib again
