五、 团队特色描述，言简意赅的描述团队特点或核心竞争力；
我们团队的同学都有学习Java、C、C++、C#等编程语言，SQL数据库语言掌握程度良好，利用Web、Android和.Net开发过小项目。团队成员各有所长，有做开发的，有做美工的，有做Web前端的，有做统筹的，且都有参加过“本科生科研提升计划”，比较适应团队项目的氛围。天时、地利、与人，我们相信我们团队可以通过最小的代价获得最佳的开发效果。
六、 团队拟研发项目可行性简述
1、问题定义
越来越多的传感器和嵌入式设备，让我们提高生活品质有了新的路径。针对于植物养殖爱好者对于植物精细化养殖的需求，以及部分物联网开发者有数据收集和数据利用的需求。我们针对这两类用户开发green cloud平台提供对应服务。
2、用户群体：植物爱好者，物联网开发者
- 传感器传递数据是较为频繁的操作，对数据库会造成一定的压力。
- 云平台主要是提供服务，安全性以及稳定性保障非常重要。
4、经济可行性
- 团队成员对于此次创业具有极高的热情，相信未来必然成功。这使得我们团队个人暂时不需要工资。
- 除去人力成本，对于这次的项目，还有服务器成本及推广成本，均在预算内。
5、操作可行性
我们的系统是针对个体用户的，实际上市面上已经有很多物联网云平台了。这些云平台针对的用户完全是物联网开发者，门槛较高。而我们则是针对于植物养殖这一垂直领域提供服务。对于开发者我们提供的是api接口，当然还是需要一定的技术门槛。对于养殖爱好者我们提供设备出售服务，以及云服务。自动化的嵌入式设备让使用门槛非常低。
七、我们团队关于MSF的理解
- 在MSF模型中，提倡的是一种团队合作模式。我们是一个团队，我们有着共同的目标，所谓同心同德，兄弟同心，其利断金，我们为了共同的远景而工作，大家共同的愿望就是出色完成任务，打造出一款优秀实用的软件。团队成员之间相互合作，彼此相互信任，每个成员都应该得到充份的授权，有权在自己负责的范围中承诺完成任务，与此同时，我们都应互相信任我们中的每个人都能够按时完成各自负责的模块。MSF提倡的是一份自下而上的计划，我们每个人都有权利估计并确定任务完成时间，而不是上级交给的时间，在确定的限制时间内，每个人按照自己负责的部分，明确自己职责完成份内任务的同时，掌握‘大局观’，关注别人在做什么，使得自己的部分和团队成员最终有效融合，即所谓的‘各司其职，对项目任务共同负责’。
- 在MSF团队模型中，“用户体验”无疑十分重要，这个角色代表着用户的利益，代表着产品是否真正满足用户需求，正式投入使用。“用户觉得”和“我觉得”是两个不同的概念，对于做软件的人来说，用户无疑是我们的衣食父母，关注用户体验，与顾客合作，打造出用户真正需要的产品。
- MSF团队模型倡导在开发工作过程中的合作交流，随着开发的深入，交流过程中会产生些许摩擦，相互交流，勇于提出自己的观点，在交流中相互学习，提升队伍契合度，最后完成一项艰巨出色的任务。
一个人也许会走的比较快，但一群人一定会走的比较远！
