Solve the problem that Ubuntu16.04 cannot install vmware tools through the "Virtual Machine" option, realize file sharing between Ubuntu and Windows, and the Ubuntu desktop is too small

After installing Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with vmware, the vmware tools tool option is grayed out, installation is not allowed and file sharing cannot be performed

Solution:

1 Find the linux.iso file in the wmware installation directory

2 Use the CD mount method to mount to the vmware installation environment, this process is similar to the process of installing Ubuntu 16.04

3 You will see a CD displayed as Vmware Tools inside the virtual machine

4 Open, put the VMware-tools*.tar.gz inside to "Download"

5 Unzip tar zxvf VMware-tools * .tar.gz

6 sudo ./vmware-install.pl in the decompressed folder

7 Select the default, and press Enter all the way to complete the installation

8 At this point, file sharing between Ubuntu and Windows can be achieved (it becomes a small white hand)
