2.2 Test plan

What is a test plan

Software testing is a planned, organized and systematic software quality assurance activity, rather than a random, loose, messy implementation process.
In order to standardize the content, method and process of software testing, it is necessary to create a test plan before testing the software.

What does a test plan include

A test plan describes the intended scope of testing activities, testing resources, and schedule. It identifies test items, features to be tested, test tasks, personnel arrangements, and any contingencies risk.
The test plan generally includes the following contents:
Product overview: product introduction, overall framework, etc.
Test strategy: functional test, interface test, performance test, automated test
Test method: black box test, unit test, system test
Test scope: which modules are mainly tested
time Personnel arrangement: several rounds of testing, the content of each round of testing and the
risk analysis of the testers: the testers are not familiar with the product, the development progress is slow, etc.

How to assess the timing of testing activities?

According to the requirements review, estimate the number of use cases, and then calculate the required time according to the number of use cases that can be completed every day
