As shown in the figure above, on the UI diagram, we measure the distance from the top of the text to 19px. The general idea is to set the padding-top of the box where the text is located to 19px, but the text itself has a line height, which is equivalent to this 19px= padding-top+line height, so generally set padding-top to be less than 19px.
