使用CMake指定VS2015生成项目报错: Failed to run MSBuild command错误修复

1 报错信息

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:3 (project):
  Failed to run MSBuild command:
 
    MSBuild.exe
 
  to get the value of VCTargetsPath:
Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

2 报错原因推测：

首先在环境变量path中添加：C:/Program Files (x86)/MSBuild/14.0/bin/
无果。
然后发现网上说有可能是win8.1的sdk没安装，于是安装了一下
成了。
