2. Layer management commands:

layon: display all layers (this command is executed in seconds when using the 2006 version, but later versions, there will be lag, especially when the drawing content is too much, the card is completely unbearable, so I have always used 2006 for drawing )

layoff: turn off a layer

layiso: Turn off other layers except one (or a few, because you can select multiple layers), this command combined with layon is super practical

layerp: Return to the previous state of the layer (for example, the current state is that the layer is fully displayed, and the previous state is that some layers are closed, then return to the previous state, and continue to return to the earlier state if the command is repeated)

lman: Layer state manager (the command after version 2007 is layerstate), super practical layer state (on/off/freeze) batch operation command, which can be used for a certain state of the layer (for example, some layers are On, some layers are off) to save and switch. This command is very practical for equipment majors, structural majors, etc., where several planes need to be drawn on a base map. Of course, the premise is to divide the layers! ! For example, for electrical majors, if you want to draw strong current, weak current, lighting, switches, etc. on the same basement plane, you only need to draw on a building base map, and then use this layer state manager to switch various planes to draw and modify; another example When drawing on the same plane for structural majors, you can draw out the column plane, formwork, beam reinforcement, and slab reinforcement.

3. Qselect command:

Powerful directional selection function, for example, if you want to select all corner labels in a certain area in the picture, there are many corner labels in this area, and there are many other objects, and they overlap each other. It is extremely laborious to remove one point, then we can first Frame this area, the selected objects include straight lines, multiple short lines, circles, fills, blocks, corner annotations, alignment annotations, etc. After using the qselect command, filter out other objects, select all the corner annotations you want, and then delete It is up to you to decide. This command can not only select all specified objects, but also select objects more accurately by filtering the parameters of this type of object.

4. Internal reference (block)

Artifacts that do more with less, include nesting blocks within blocks, but I usually use up to 2 levels of nesting. If there are too many nests, you have to be confused. Try to minimize unnecessary nesting. The more blocks, the more the drawing will get stuck. For architectural design, it is very effective to make blocks like grids and column nets. When I did the structure, I used to make the template (beam, column line, etc.) of each layer into blocks, and then draw the template, beam reinforcement, and slab reinforcement diagrams in 3 pictures. If there are changes, you can modify one of the blocks. , But after using the layer management command mentioned above, this method was eliminated.

5. External reference

The function of the external reference is actually similar to the block, except that the block is externalized as a dwg file, so that after the external group is shared, it is conducive to jointly operate on the base map, such as the floor plan of the building as a base map to share with equipment professionals In the future, after the plan of the building is modified in a certain place, other majors only need to reload one side of the base map. This is usually done in the compound.

6.Xclip

The internal/external reference is cropped with a closed polyline. In fact, only a part of the image is hidden. After the block is exploded, it will still be displayed. It is more convenient to hide the peripheral pixels of a block, but if you want to hide an internal object, it is more troublesome to turn the closed polyline around. The best use of this command is to draw a partial detail drawing in combination with external references. For example, to draw a detailed drawing of the civil air defense mouth, I usually make the vertical components in the large plan into an external reference file, and then import it in the civil air defense detail drawing. For this external reference, crop the xclip, and keep the area I need to draw for detailed drawing. Copy the imported external reference and crop the mouth of the other area to form another area for drawing. The advantage of this is that if If the large plane is changed, just remake the vertical structure as before replacing the external reference file, and then reload it in the air defense detail drawing. There is no need to change the two ends to avoid omissions.

7. Use polylines as much as possible for the index line

Most people use straight lines to draw index lines, elevations, etc. However, when copying or moving, they often miss a certain line, and this problem is not likely to occur with polylines.
