Steps to create POP3
- Set up POP3 and IMAP on Ecp in Exchanges web app
Click to open and enter pop3 and IMAP4 settings, such as the settings below
The settings of IMAP are the same as those of POP3
After setting, enter the service management and set the POP3 and IMAP related settings, as shown in the figure below, both are activated. Remember, both exchange servers must activate these two related services
In order to confirm the activity of the two services, you can use the command shown in the figure
Then configure the port assignment command: complete command: Set-PopSettings -ExternalConnectionSettings "mail.contoso.com:995:SSL","mail.contoso.com:110:TLS" -X509CertificateName mail.contoso.com

For example, use ecp to log in to demo1 on the web, as shown in the figure below. Here is the configured POP3. You can open Outlook and configure POP3 according to the information in the figure.
