The main core key of each stage of the whole project process is :
Project Initiation Phase: This is the first step, determining where to go, what resources are needed, and how much cash to have. It's like going on a trip, you have to decide where to go, when to go, how much to budget, and find out where to keep your wallet properly.
Project planning stage: Just like an architect draws architectural blueprints, planning is the process of determining the completion of the project. We need to break down the goals we want to achieve into small tasks, and formulate a plan, how to complete each task on time and with high quality.
Project execution stage: Just like running a running competition, we need to have a list to determine the goals we want to achieve, how many kilometers we need to run, and how much time we need to complete. We need to make sure we have the necessary resources, like sneakers and drinking water. During the competition, it is necessary to efficiently use time, energy and resources, and make necessary adjustments at any time to ensure the smooth completion of the competition.
Project Monitoring Phase: Just like traveling by car, we are always in control. We need to pay attention to the GPS navigation system and look at road signs, while maintaining the safety of the car, such as avoiding fatigue driving and maintaining the mechanical parts of the car. This stage needs to monitor and review the progress of the project, identify possible problems, obstacles and risks in a timely manner, and take appropriate measures according to the actual situation to ensure that our project can safely reach the end point.
Closing phase: Like a cleanup after a big event, everyone needs to be coordinated to make sure we clean up the venue and get it back to its original state. At this stage, we need to evaluate whether the goal of the project has been achieved, and at the same time summarize the lessons learned and formulate a better plan to play a greater role in future projects.
