1 Install Shutter
1.1 Add the software source of the installation package
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:shutter/ppa
1.2 Update source and install shutter
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install shutter
The installation has been successful, and you can search for shutter in the search bar.
2 Set Shutter shortcut keys
2.1 Open the system design
2.2 Open Keyboard keyboard settings
2.3 Status of successful addition
2.4 Click Disabled on the right, and then quickly press Ctrl+Alt+A as shown below
