In Ubuntu 19.10 by PPA screenshot tool mounted Shutter

Shutter is a feature-rich screenshot of an application with editing functions. It is available in the Ubuntu Universe repository. Starting from Ubuntu 18.10, this version has been removed, while the screen capture tool also needs some old Gnome libraries.

Thanks  "Linux Uprising" Team , PPA maintains Shutter package and the new Ubuntu version dependencies.

In Ubuntu 19.10 by PPA screenshot tool mounted Shutter

1. Ctrl + Alt + T keyboard shortcut, or opened from the terminal application launcher. When it opens, run the command to add the PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:linuxuprising/shutter

Enter the user's password (for security reasons, no asterisk feedback) when prompted, and then press Enter to continue.

2. Shutter then installed by Synaptic package manager or run command in the terminal:

After installation, launch it from the gnome menu software and enjoy!

Uninstall shutter:

To remove the shutter, just open a terminal and run the command:

And through software and updates -> Other Software Removal PPA.
