When I started to learn C# about ASP.NET, I found that the new version of VS did not have the option to create an empty ASP.NET website. After multiple queries, I knew that there was no new website after VS2017, and some were new projects. Choose ASP.NET Framework or MVC.
Later, I learned through the Internet that there was an option for VS that was not selected when it was installed

solution:
Click the tool item in the menu bar at the top of VS, and then select the tool and function item, enter the installation configuration interface and expand the ASP.NET and Web development items on the far right, check the bottom to 
install. The detailed steps are shown in the figure below:
