Specific realization function

The system is composed of STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer + DS18B20 temperature sensor + digital tube + fan + button + power supply.

Specific functions:

1. Adopt DS18B20 temperature sensor to measure temperature and display it in real time with digital tube;

2. The upper and lower limits of temperature can be manually set; there are 3 buttons in total: setting button, plus button, minus button;

3. The fan does not rotate when the temperature is lower than the lower limit, and rotates 50% between the upper and lower limits. When the temperature is higher than the upper limit, the fan rotates at full speed.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the air-conditioning industry, the price of air-conditioning has drastically "dipped", and the electric fan industry was once generally regarded as a "sunset industry." In fact, this is not the case. According to market participants, household electric fans have not faded out of the market with the popularity of air conditioners. Instead, market sales have recovered in the past two years. The main reasons are: First, the cooling effect of fans and air conditioners is different; (Air conditioners have powerful cooling functions, which can quickly and effectively reduce the ambient temperature, but the wind of electric fans is gentler, which is more suitable for the elderly, children and people with weaker physique. ) The second is that electric fans have a price advantage, are cheap and relatively energy-saving, and are very simple to install and use.

Traditional electric fans are mostly controlled by mechanical means, with few functions, high noise, and large wind speed changes in each gear. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards, household appliances products tend to be automated, intelligent, environmentally friendly and humanized, making the appearance of smart electric fans controlled by microcomputers.

hardware design

This article introduces the design of an intelligent electric fan speed controller based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer. The design cleverly uses infrared remote control technology, single-chip control technology, stepless speed regulation technology and temperature sensing technology to apply intelligent control technology to household appliances. In the control, the motor speed of the electric fan is used as the controlled quantity, and the digital temperature signal collected by the single-chip computer is analyzed, and then the fan motor is adjusted by the thyristor. So as to achieve the effect of automatically adjusting the wind speed without human control.
