The data in each sub-column in the sub-column chart is correlated. The picture above is the picture given on the official website showing that there are three rats in each group, and the measurement was performed four times in each rat. Each sub-column can be drawn as a scatter chart and display the average or median value at the same time.

 

The steps are as follows:

1. Open Graphpad Prism 8.0, select Nested and Create under New table & graph .

 

 

 

2. Enter the data in Data1. The two groups are the CON and MOD groups. 3 animals in each group were measured 3 times.
