[Configuration reference] Correctly configure maven domestic sources

Foreword:

Domestic access to the Maven central warehouse is relatively slow, and errors often occur, so generally we will modify and configure maven.

You can use maven that comes with idea or use external custom maven, generally we use custom maven

Open the maven/conf/ path, backup settings.xml, and then create a new setting provided below and store it in the settings.xml file. In this way, multiple warehouses can be configured at the same time, to avoid that Alibaba Cloud warehouses sometimes do not have coordinates such as jwt.
