Record it, so that you can read it later~
To learn embedded, you still need to understand some circuit knowledge~
Judgment of the three pins of the MOS tube:
G—gate;
S—source, two-wire;
D—drain, single-wire.
MOS tube P/N channel determination. The
arrow points to G is N channel, and vice versa is P channel.
The direction of the parasitic diode of the MOS tube determines the
N channel-from S to D;
P channel-from D to S.
The circuit connection method
when MOD tube is used as a switch. When reverse connection:
On-off judgment method
N-channel——Ug>Us when it is on; Ug=Us when it is off;
P-channel——Ug<Us when it is on; Ug= Deadline when Us.
Now I am using the
above figure for the NMOS tube to switch the signal. The cut-off condition Ug=Us, the conduction condition Ug>Us and must be greater than 3~5V to meet the saturated conduction condition, where the S pole is grounded, then Ug=3V .
